How do I place my first order?
Download the Swaadi app or visit app.swaadi.in, register, browse kitchens near you, and place an order or subscribe to a plan.
What time does tiffin get delivered?
Lunch tiffin is typically delivered between 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM. Dinner is delivered between 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM. Timings may vary by kitchen.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Yes! You can pause for up to 7 days or cancel anytime from the app. Cancellations get a prorated refund to your wallet.
How do I report a food quality issue?
Contact us on WhatsApp or email within 2 hours of delivery with a photo. We will investigate and process a refund if valid.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant). We never store your card details on our servers.
